Collabora Online or OnlyOffice
For 100 concurrent document editors, allocate at least 4 CPU cores and 8 GB RAM to the document server container.
Nextcloud Talk (Video/Audio)
Each active HD video call user requires ~1.2 Mbps bandwidth; for 50 users, plan for at least 100 Mbps uplink.
Database
For more than 200 users, a dedicated PostgreSQL or MariaDB instance is recommended for optimal performance.
Caching
Redis and APCu are enabled by default for optimal performance and reduced database load.
Storage
SSDs are strongly recommended for all tiers. RAID10 configuration is recommended for deployments with more than 100 users.
